What the service is

Bricket.ai runs AI agents for corporate roles on your organization's behalf. Some of them do work — they read documents you upload, keep books, draft returns — and some of them only advise. Which is which is stated in the product, and it changes as we build.

It is for companies and professionals. Signing up on behalf of an organization means you can bind it.

Your account

One account, one person. What is done from it is done by you, so keep the way in to yourself. Tell us at info@bricket.ai if you think somebody else has it.

What you may not do with it

What you put in stays yours

Your documents, your books and your conversations are yours. You give us only what we need to run the service on them, and no more: we do not use your content to train models. To answer you, that content is sent to the provider of the model, which the privacy policy sets out.

What an agent says is a draft

Everything an agent produces — an accounting entry, a tax return, a legal document, a figure — is a draft for a person to check. It is not professional advice, it does not replace an accountant or a lawyer, and nothing is filed with anybody on your behalf unless you say so. Where the number matters, the responsibility for checking it before it is used is yours.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan with ceilings, and paid plans with higher ones. What each plan allows is stated in the product, and reaching a ceiling stops the spending rather than billing you for it.

Paid plans are charged through Stripe, monthly and in advance, with the VAT that applies where you are. You can cancel whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid; we do not refund the part already served. If a payment fails, the plan holds for a short grace period and then falls back to the free one.

Availability

We keep the service up and we do not promise a percentage. There will be maintenance, and there will be failures. Any of the providers this runs on — the model, the mail, the payments, the hosting — can have its own outage, and when it does, part of the service goes with it.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close one that breaks these terms, that does not pay, or that puts the service or other customers at risk; where it is not urgent, we say so first. When an account closes, the privacy policy says what happens to what was in it.

Liability

We answer for the damage we cause, up to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We do not answer for lost profit, or for decisions taken on a draft that nobody checked. None of this limits what the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that is accepting the new ones; if you would rather not, you can close the account.

Which law, which courts

Spanish and European law, and the courts of the city of Valencia.
