Who is responsible
Teknia Dev SL, tax id B88824115, C/ Seúl 88, esc. 2B, entresuelo, pta. 3, 46900 Torrent (Valencia), Spain, registered at the Mercantile Registry of Valencia on 15 June 2026, electronic folio, sheet V-235749, entry 1. For anything in this policy, write to info@bricket.ai.
Bricket.ai is a service for companies and professionals. When your company uses it to handle data about other people — its employees, its customers, its suppliers — your company decides what is done with that data and we only act on its instructions.
What we hold
- Your account. Name, email address, an encrypted form of your password, when the account was created and whether the address has been confirmed.
- Your organization. Its name, and where you fill them in, its legal name, VAT number, address and registry details.
- What you put in. Documents you upload, accounting entries and books, and your conversations with the agents.
- What it costs. Tokens spent and their price on each call, with the agent and the model that made it.
- Security. What the firewall stops, and any suspension that follows.
- Billing. Your customer and subscription identifiers at Stripe. Card numbers never reach us.
Why we are allowed to
- To provide what you signed up for, which is the contract between us.
- To meet obligations the law puts on us, in accounting and invoicing.
- To keep the service standing and safe from abuse, which is our legitimate interest and yours.
Who else sees it
These are the companies that process data on our behalf, and what reaches each one. Nobody else does, and we do not sell data to anyone.
| Who | What for | What reaches them |
|---|---|---|
| Google, Anthropic, OpenAI | The models the agents run on | The content of a conversation and of the documents the agent reads to answer it, at whichever of them your organization is set to use |
| Brevo | Email we send you | Your address and the content of the notice |
| Stripe | Payments | Your billing details and what you pay |
| Telegram | Notices, only if you link your chat | The notice, and nothing else |
| OVH | Hosting and document storage, in France | Everything, at rest |
Said plainly: what you write to an agent, and what the agent reads to answer you, leaves for the provider of the model. It is how the service works, and it is the one thing worth knowing before you paste something into it.
Data that leaves Europe
OVH and Brevo are French and process in the European Economic Area: nothing leaves. Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and Stripe process in the United States, and those transfers rest on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which are part of the data processing agreement we have with each of them.
You can ask us for a copy of those clauses at info@bricket.ai and we will send it.
Telegram is the exception, and it deserves saying on its own. It sits outside the European Economic Area and there is no adequacy decision or contractual clause covering it here. Nothing reaches it unless you link your chat yourself, and that act is the basis for the transfer: your explicit consent under article 49.1.a of the GDPR, given knowing that the notices we send will travel through a provider outside the EEA and without those safeguards. You can withdraw it by unlinking the chat, and everything else works the same without it.
How long we keep it
While your account exists, and for thirty days after it closes, which is the margin for a cancellation somebody regrets. After that it is destroyed, except what the law tells us to keep: books, invoices and accounting records have their own periods, and those we obey.
What you can ask for
To see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, to limit or object to what we do with it, and to take it elsewhere. Write to info@bricket.ai and we answer within a month. If you think we have not done right by you, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Children
Bricket.ai is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly hold their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always says which version you are reading.
